Prisma Metod AB

Since 1990, Prisma Metod AB operates under an agreement with the originators of PRISM, with  copyright and the responsibility for Sweden and the other Nordic contries. Prisma Metod AB thereby has the right to train and license users in Nordic businesses. We have the pleasure of having clients within all parts of Swedish business life, many of which have an international operation. The number of client companies has been steadily increasing over the years, but at a pace that has enabled us to maintain a high quality of support to clients.

Kai Olsson has been heading the company since the start-up. With an MBA from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Gothenburg, and a marketing background in food industry, he entered into executive search 1980, later having a senior partner role in Transearch Sweden during the 90´s. When he and his collegues felt a need for a "quality assurance instrument" in the search assignments, PRISM became a valuable tool.

Lise-lott Feldt joined the company late 2000. Her background is pre-school teacher and manager of several pre-schools in Stockholm for many years. She has also been a project leader for a computer educational program for pre-school teachers and school teachers for two years. She is webmaster for PRISM in Sweden, is responsible for a number of administrative tasks and also has continuous client contacts on a regular basis, focussing now on the Swedish PRISM Norm Study.

The users within client companies are HR managers and administrators. We offer training seminars on a regular basis in Sweden or other places in the Nordic area. After the basic training, the participants are certified to use PRISM in their own environment under a license agreement, in counselling or recruitment, or for organisational development purposes. The license agreement includes, among other things, support from us in interpretation and follow-up training during each license period .

Being one of the top ten executive search firms globally, Transearch in several countries use PRISM in their assignments. Consequently, and due to a number of international clients, PRISM is available in fifteen languages at present.
